Wall Balls can be wiped clean with a mild soap/cleaner and water, be sure to wipe of all residue to keep the texture/tackiness of the outer skin. Get into high plank with one hand on the wall ball, the other on the floor. With back straight, head and shoulders aligned, lower into a push up.

Wall Ball Rules SINGLES (can also play elimination in groups of 4): -The game starts with the first person in line serving the ball by hitting it overhand allowing it to bounce once before it hits the wall. -After the serve, players can hit using 1 or 2 hands with an open or closed fist.

With arms fully outstretched holding the ball, touch the wall. This is your proper distance from the wall.

The ball must first touch the wall and return beyond the service line (the line is good), always within the boundaries of the field. The player who draws is in the service box and can not touch the service line with his foot (s).

Focus on your upper body mechanics and throwing motion. Focus hard on a specific point on the wall. Throw hard snapping your wrists with a full follow-through. Catch the ball on the same side. Bring the ball up to your ear and cradle. Bring the ball across your face switching hands. Then reach back and fire from the other side.
